Kewarra Beach is considered the "local's" beach of Cairns. Less people, less traffic, nestled behind a protective cove called Taylors Point.

 

The point provides protection from the wind so the bay is pretty much always good for paddling. Kewarra Beach is where we conduct most of our lessons due to the favourable conditions.  

 

Paddle out to Taylors Beach and look back at the beautiful views of the mainland. 

 

Kewarra Beach has a resort at the northern end, toilets and SLSQ presence at designated times. Price is for two hours minimum board delivery and collection.
